Hi fellow Deviants!  Oh goodness, did I ever get behind here!  Does any one else notice that it's really hard to stay caught up with both creating artwork AND social media fun?  It is for me, but I sure do try.

I actually got sidetracked when my new grand daughter arrived to the world on April 10th and then I never got caught up. It's a happy problem.  Anyway, lot's of art for my current project Mystical Cats Tarot has flied off my art table since, I'm currently working on the Knight of Cups card.  I wish I could show them, but I'm under an agreement to wait.  Doing a few new jewelry pieces for my Etsy shop inspired by Vikings on the History channel also, I hope to have them ready tomorrow.

Anyway, I'll work on catching up here over the next several days and I'm so happy to see all your new work, so much inspiration and talent.

Best to All,

I am a professional artist/writer/bohemian focusing on the areas of fantasy, fairy, and myth. I enjoy creating magical art full of fairies, Goddesses, and beings of folklore. I work primarily in a mix of colored pencil and watercolor infused with magical herbs corresponding to my subject matter, just my way of bringing a little magic mojo into my creations.

I've illustrated several oracle decks, The Well Worn Path and The Hidden Path decks and I wrote the book and illustrated of The Voice of the Trees, A Celtic Divination Oracle, all for Llewellyn Worldwide Publishing. I'm currently drawing nothing but cats for my latest publishing project, the upcoming The Mystical Cats Tarot, coming 2014. What I'm sharing here now is work I've previously created, although as soon as I meet the deadline for Mystical Cats Tarot, I plan to begin working on lots of new art which I'll be very excited to share here.

In addition to my artwork, I'm also a regular article contributor to several of the Llewellyn periodicals such as The Magical Almanac, Spell-A-Day Almanac and The Witches Companion. I also occasionally contribute black and white ink and pencil book illustrations to Llewellyn books. I've worked with a few licensors creating designs statuary through Sacred Source and Sterling Silver Jewelry through Peter Stone. I sell my prints and other art merchandise that my husband and I produce ourselves in our home studio where we both work full time. My Etsy shop is…
